To help university students thrive and succeed by creating more equitable access to nutritious food.
In response to food insecurity issues facing university students, the GraceKennedy Foundation established the GK Campus Connect Food Bank. The Food Bank currently provides monthly support to students attending The University of the West Indies, the University of Technology and the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. It is funded by donations from GraceKennedy Companies, corporate partners, and individual donors. It is manned by a full-time food bank coordinator and student volunteers who are GraceKennedy Foundation scholarship recipients.
